摘要 胰十二指肠切除术（pancreatoduodenectorny，PD）是治疗胰头、十二指肠以及Vater壶腹周围恶性肿瘤及一些良性疾病的经典手术方式。其切除范围包括胰头部、十二指肠、空肠上段、胃窦部以及胆总管等，同时还要进行胰胃、胆肠及胃肠吻合等消化道重建。该手术范围大、难度高、持续时间长、术中出血多，是腹部外科最为复杂的手术之一。同时，由于此类手术患者术前常伴有梗阻性黄疸、
