摘要
自主神经系统的调节是许多心血管事件的重要因素。自主神经活动与心房颤动的关系,最为人们了解的是其通过调节房室结功能而影响心室率的作用。近年来的研究表明,自主神经活动在心房颤动尤其是阵发性心房颤动的发生、发展中扮演了重要的角色。
The regulation of autonomic nerve system is the important factor of eardiovasculars events. The known information about the relationship between activity of autonomic nervous system and atrial fibrillation is that it do have effect on ventricular rate by regulating the function of nodus atrioventrictdaris. Recent studies showed that it also play an important role in the genesis and development of atrial fibrillation, especially paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
