负载型钌-铱双金属催化剂催化对氯硝基苯选择性加氢 被引量:1

Selective hydrogenation of p-chloronitrobenzene over Ru-Ir/γ-Al_2O_3 bimetallic Catalyst

摘要 采用异丙醇浸渍法制备了负载型Ru-Ir/γ-A l2O3双金属催化剂用于催化对氯硝基苯的选择加氢。系统考察了温度、压力、时间、溶剂的极性及底物浓度对于催化加氢反应的影响。实验结果表明,在Ru-Ir/γ-A l2O3双金属催化体系中,催化剂的活性和目标产物的选择性较好。在P(H2)=1.0 MPa,70℃,反应150 m in的条件下,双金属催化剂Ru-Ir/γ-A l2O3催化对氯硝基苯中硝基选择性加氢反应转化率达到100%,生成对氯苯胺选择性达95%。 The bimetallic catalyst Ru - Ir/γ-Al2O3 was prepared by impregnating γ-Al2O3 in the isopropylalcohol solution of RuCl3 and H2IrCl6. The influence of reaction time, temperature, pressure, polarity of solvents and concentration of substrate on the selective hydrogenation of p - chloronitrobenzene (p - CNB) over Ru- Ir/γ- Al2O3 was investigated. The catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic properties on the selective hydrogenation of p -CNB. The conversion of p -CNB catalyzed by the catalyst was 100% and the selectivity to p- chloroaniline (p- CAN) was up to 95.0% under the conditions of 70℃ of reaction temperature,150 min of reaction time, 1.0 MPa of H2 pressure, and 1 000 : 1 molar ratio of substrate to metal.
