摘要
比较10种大孔树脂对胭脂红的吸附能力,证明大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301T的吸附效果最佳。根据静态试验考察溶液体积、pH值、温度、吸附时间等因素对D301T树脂吸附能力的影响,以及洗脱剂的种类、最小使用量、洗脱时间等因素对胭脂红洗脱的影响。结果显示:D301T树脂的饱和吸附量为24.94mg/g、吸附率99.75%;pH值对D301T吸附胭脂红几乎没有影响,不需要在吸附前对提取液进行pH值的调整,最佳吸附温度55℃、振荡时间为100min;最佳的洗脱剂是4mol/L的HCl,振摇150min即可达到91.10%的洗脱效果。
The abilities of ten macroporous resins to adsorb ponceau 4R were studied in this paper. The experiments showed that D301T, which is an alkalescence anion exchange-resin has the best performance. Effects of the solution volume, pH, temperature and time on the adsorption of ponceau 4R were investigated. Meanwhile, the influences of varieties of eluring solvents, the minimum amount and time of desorption were also evaluated. The results indicated that maximum adsorption of D301T is 24.94 mg/g and the adsorption yield is 99.75%. The pH value has scarcely any effect. Therefore, pH-adjust is not necessary. The optimally adsorptive conditions are that temperature and time of adsorption are 55 ℃ and 100 min respectively. The optimal eluting solvent is 4 mol/L of hydrochloric acid. The desorption yield is up to 91.10% with temperature of 55 ℃ and shaking time of 150 min.
