卧式转鼓水果多头分级机输送及翻转机构研究 被引量:2

摘要 设计了一种适应准球形水果自动单列输送和均匀翻转的滚子节距保持不变的卧式转鼓水果分级机构;分析了卧式单转鼓水果分级机的分级头数、水果翻转角速度误差与摩擦盘角速度、单果一周图像采集数量和水果同滚子相切处滚子与水果断面果径比的关系,找到了各关系的误差零点;分析了水果和滚子的运动与受力,找出了水果图像采集条件、水果纯滚动条件、尺寸上的不掉果条件、满足水果图像采集条件及不掉果条件的滚子参数和分级机准球形水果大小适应范围。 A kind of horizontal drum-turning fruit-grading organization which suits the automatic one-way transportation for the ball-like fruits and who's roller distance keeps unchangeable while turning evenly was designed; Three kinds of design proposal for the horizontal drum-turning grader were put forward; The grading number in one circle, fruit-turning angular velocity error and friction angular velocity, the picture capture number of one fruit in one circle, the relationship between the roller and the diameter of the fruit were analyzed, the error zero of the above relations was found; The movement and force-receiving of the fruits and the roller was analyzed, the fruit picture-capturing condition, pure turning condition, no fruit-missing condition and the fruit scope were found out.
