界面湿处理对混凝土修补效果的影响研究及机理分析 被引量:1

摘要 研究不同湿度预处理对新老混凝土的结合影响,采用拉拔试验及显微硬度评价界面结合效果。结果表明湿度越低界面结合效果越好。进一步以水分传输过程从微观角度探讨了湿度对结合效果产生影响的机理,并对实际工程中修补措施提出一些建议。 Influence of different humidity preprocessing on combining of new and old concrete is studied, and pull-out test as well as micro-hardness evaluation are adopted to appraise the combining effect. The result shows that the low the humidity is, the better the interface combining effect is. Furthermore, based on the process of water transmission, the influence of humidity on combining effect is studied from microeconomics points, and some repair suggestions according to actual projects are put forward.
