摘要
本文以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌为研究对象,用微量稀释法测定疳散主要活性成分的抑菌作用及最低抑菌浓度。证实明椎黄、樟脑、申硫磺对三种细菌均有抑菌作用,最低抑菌浓度为1.25%,抑菌作用较强。川莲、百草霜、儿茶、麝香、青黛、硼砂对三种细菌的抑菌作用和最低抑菌浓度各不相同。而粉和孔香对三种细菌均无抑菌作用。
This paper studied the bactiratasis of the bioactive ingredient of Gegansan,and mea sured the MIC of different ingredient.The results show that Realger.Camphora.Sulfwr.Green Chiret ta.Bornocolum.Baichao Shuan.Catechu.Coschus.Lndigo.Borax have the inhibitive effects on bacterial in varying degress,but Ge fen and Olibanum have no bactiriastasis.
