摘要
锗窗口密封是红外探测器应用研究中重要的工艺课题之一,一般所采用的粘接和单纯铟焊的方法,其密封结果不能令人十分满意。研究发现,在锗窗口外侧涂敷一层金膜,可以极大地改善红外探测器锗窗口的铟焊封接效果。文中着重介绍解决锗、金在常温下浸润能力差,以及铟焊中“铟吃金”、“起球”等问题的工艺方建。采用这种方法,可相应减小锗片面积,有利于实现窗口的小型化。
The seal technique for Ge window is one of the key problems in infrared detector application. Common cementing process and In seal process can not do the work very well. In the research described in this paper, it is found out that the In seal performance has been greatly improved with an Au layer coated around the edge of the Ge window, in which the poor dipping ability between Ge and Au at ambient temperature and the phenomena of ' In eating Au' or 'weld alloy piling up' in In seal process should be considered seriously. Small sized Ge slice may be processed by this technique for fabricating miniature infrared window.
