摘要
在简述小波变换理论发展的基础上,介绍了心电信号的主要特点和研究内容,从两大方面概括小波变换应用于心电信号处理的国内外研究现状:一是去噪,着重介绍了小波阈值消噪的研究成果,概括了在母婴心电信号分离、去除肌电噪声、保留特征波形方面的研究现状;二是波形检测和特征提取,着重介绍了QRS波群检测、ST段检测和R波峰值提取的研究现状,以及小波与其他理论结合用于心电信号处理的研究成果。最后,展望了利用小波变换进行心电信号处理的前景。
In this paper, the fundamental theory of wavelet transformation is studied, the characteristics of ECG signals and its study contents are briefly introduced, and the current research situation of ECG signals processing based on wavelet transformation at home and abroad are summarized from the following two aspects: firstly, noise abatement, the research results of wavelet threshold of noise abatement are highlighted, and the current research situations are also outlined in terms of extracting fetal ECG from the composite abdominal signals, myopotential noise abatement, and wave features maintenance. Secondly, wave detection and feature extraction, the detection of QRS complex, detection of ST segment, and R peak extraction are discussed. The results of ECG signals processing with the application of wavelet transformation combined with other theories are also presented. At last, the prospect of ECG signals processing based on wavelet transformation is given.
