摘要
提出了基于TMS320F2812的车辆动态称重系统的系统结构与功能实现。硬件设计主要介绍处理器核心模块的设计,MSI压电薄膜传感器,信号放大与偏置电路的设计。软件部分主要介绍DSP在实现算法上的优势,以及动态称重系统的主流程和ADC中断服务子程序流程.DSP为核心的车辆动态称重系统具有精度高,处理速度快等优点,对实现车辆的不停车称重,公路超限车辆的管理,有极大的现实意义。
This paper presents the system structure and functions realization of the dynamic vehicle weighting system based on TMS320F2812. In hardware design, it is mainly about the core module of the processor, signal amplification and the bias circuit. In software design, it is mainly about the superiority of the DSP in dealing with data, the system's main process and the subprogram process of the ADC interrupt service. The system presented has characteristics of high accuracy and high processing speed. These characteristics are significant to the implementation of the vehicle weighting without stops and the management of over- weight vehicles.
