摘要
目的探讨心理干预对老年患者行PICC成功率的影响,为针对性的心理护理提供依据。方法用回顾性对比的方法将121例行PICC的老年患者分为两组,常规心理护理60例为对照组,加强心理干预61例为实验组,比较心理干预与PICC成功率的关系。结果试验组成功率较高,达90%,对照组成功率只有75%。结论在以人为本的现代护理观念中,合理有效的护理干预,对侵入性操作PICC的成功率起着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the success rote of PICC in aged patients and provide evidence for corresponding psychological care. Methods A retrospective comparative study was conducted on 121 aged patients inserted with PICC, who were divided into two groups. The control group included 60 patients who received routine psychological care while the experimental group consisted of 61 others who received intensified psychological intervention to compare the relationship between psychological intervention and success rate of PICC use. Results The experimental group had a higher success rate （about 90% ） than that of the control group （only 75 % ）. Conclusion The sound and effective psychological intervention in the human-oriented modem approach to nursing has an important role in the success rate of such invasive devices as a PICC.
