摘要
知识经济就是人才经济,科技期刊出版事业的竞争本质上也就是人才的竞争。中华医学会杂志社通过举行第2届职工劳动技能大赛,旨在探寻培养复合型编辑出版人才的途径。认为业务技能,策划、沟通、表达等能力,以及团队精神是现代编辑出版人才的必备素质,应该从多途径培养复合型编辑出版人才。
Intellective economy in fact is talents economy, the competition for publishing of sci-tech Periodicals is also based on talents competition. Publishing house of Chinese Medical Associa- tion held the second employee vocational match aimed at finding out a way to cultivate compound editors for sci-tech periodicals. The authors point out that vocational, planning, communication, ex- pression capability, and team spirit are the essential diathesis of a modem publisher. In addition, the training of editors should be conducted in accordance with characteristics and through all kinds of ways.
