摘要
目的为降低血吸虫病易感地带的灭螺成本,防止人群感染血吸虫病,根据血吸虫尾蚴聚集于水面的生态特点,研制锯木屑氯硝柳胺缓释剂用于灭蚴的新方法。方法以锯木屑为载体,加入氯硝柳胺制成漂浮型和下沉型两种缓释剂。结果两种缓释剂室内观察6个月不崩解,上浮剂型可漂浮2个月,药物缓慢释放时间在3个月以上。结论为血吸虫病易感地带灭蚴提供一种长效经济的灭蚴新方法。
Objective To reduce the cost of snail control on the high risk areas with schistosomia infection and to reduce the cost in the prevention of the infection by cercaria, we aim to develop a new method to kill cercaria with the niclosamide-containg sawdust ball. Method Two types of slow releasing sawdust balls （floating type and sinking type） containing niclosamide were designed. Result Both types of the ball were not disintegrated in the experimental indoor environment within 6 months. The floating type ball can float on the water surface for more than two months, and the releasing times of drug were over 3 months. Conclusion These balls may further be developed for the long-term control of cercaria .
