摘要
根据对冷铣刨机消耗功率和发动机输出功率影响因素的分析,探讨了如何选择最佳功率自适应控制参数,建立了系统的仿真模型,对使用自适应控制系统前后铣刨机发动机功率的使用情况及其作业效率进行了模拟分析和验证。结果表明:选择机器作业速度作为功率自适应控制参数合理有效;该功率自适应系统能够将机器自动调节在发动机额定功率附近工作,使机器在给定条件下的额定功率利用率和作业效率分别提高了10.2%和6.32%以上,并且作业速度仿真值与实验值的误差最大只有6%。
The power consumption influence factors of the cold milling machine and the load feature of the engine were analyzed. Then how to select the most optimal control parameter to make good use of the engine power was studied theoretically. Based on these analyses, a simulation model of the cold milling machine was designed. Whether the utilization of the engine power was reasonable or not was verified through the simulation. The results show that it is reasonable and effective to use the work speed of the cold milling machine as the control parameter; and the engine can be set to work at its rated power by the self-adjustment of adaptive power control system. In this case, the rated power utilization ratio of the engine is improved more than 10.2% and the machine efficiency is raised at least 6.32% in various work conditions. Furthermore, the error between the machine work speed in simulation and the experimental value is 6% in maximum.
