摘要
目的:探讨颈交感神经干离断(TCST)对应激所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的防御机制。方法:采用束缚水浸制备应激模型,用Guth法计算溃疡指数。所有动物测定胃黏膜血流量(GMBF)及胃黏膜组织NO、内皮素1(ET-1)含量。结果:应激6h后,TCST后应激组与应激对照组相比,GMBF显著升高而溃疡指数显著降低(P<0.01),胃黏膜ET-1及NO含量降低(P<0.01)。结论:星状神经节阻滞对应激性溃疡的发生有预防作用,其机制可能与其调节胃黏膜组织的ET-1、NO含量有关。
Objective:To study the protective effect of transection of the cervical sympathetic trunk (TCST) on stress-induced peptic ulcer and mucosal lesion and the mechanism in rats. Methods:The rat model of stress ulcer was established by water immersion-restraint stress. The ulcer index was calculated by Guth score according to the size and number of mucosal lesion,and the gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) was measured with laser Doppler blood flow meter. The levels of nitric oxide and endothelin-1 in the gastric mucosa were determined. Results:Compared with sham operation group,GMBF significantly increased and the ulcer index and the levels of nitric oxide and endothelin-1 significantly decreased in TSCT group 6 hours after stress (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:TCST has a protective effect on stress ulcer by regulating the levels of nitric oxide and endothelin-1 in gastric mucosa.
