摘要
目的:探讨Carisolv在根管预备中的作用。方法:采用离体牙以亚甲蓝根管染色,测定Carisolv去腐时的吸光度,电镜观察根管清洁度。结果:Carisolv处理根管组根管清洁度明显优于常规对照组。主尖锉达35号以后吸光度差异有统计学意义。结论:Carisolv作为根管预备化学制剂可有效去除根管内污染物。单根管牙根管预备主尖锉应达到35号。
Objective:To investigate the role of Carisolv as chemical reagent in root canal preparation. Methods: The root canals of isolated teeth were dyed with methylene blue. The optical density of methylene blue was measured after necrotic tissue was removed,and the root canal cleaning was observed under scanning electron microscope. Results: The root canal cleaning of the teeth treated with Carisolv was significantly better than that of the teeth treated routinely. There was significant difference in the optical density when the apical master file size was 35 (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Carisolv is an effective chemical reagent in root canal preparation. A master file of size 35 is recommended for the root canal preparation of single-canal teeth.
