介绍了锁相环集成电路CD4046和双D触发器CD4013的工作原理,给出了在自动套色控制系统中利用CD4046和CD4013实现的锁相倍频电路。
This paper introduces the working principle of the phase-locked loop circuit CD4046 and double D trigger CD4013 ,and gives the realization of phase-locked frequency multiplication based on CD4046 and CD4013 in automatic register controller system.
