摘要
采用高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）直接测定山楂汁中的各种有机酸，对本方法的准确性做了系统研究。
The organic acid in haw juice is analyzed with HPLC directly. The accuracy of the method is also investigated systematically. The organic acid HPLC and experiment data are obtained about Xiou Yan haw juice by experiment. This method is rapid, high accuracy and reliable. It offers an effective means for product analysis and scientific research.
