摘要
以燃料电池汽车为例,介绍了电动汽车的高压系统结构,根据汽车和人体安全标准,提出了适合电动汽车的高压安全标准。在分析了电动汽车高压系统等效电路模型的基础上,基于虚拟仪器以及CAN总线技术开发了电动汽车高压电安全测试系统,可以对电动汽车高压系统状态和电气电路参数进行实时检测。最后给出了相应的测试结果,证明了此系统的准确性与通用性。
The structure of high voltage system for the fuel cell electric vehicle was introduced. According to the safety standard of vehicle and human body, the high voltage safety standard of electric vehicle was proposed. Based on the equivalent model of high voltage system and the technology of dummy instrument and the CAN bus, the high voltage test system which can monitor the state and the electric parameter of high voltage system was developed. In the end the test result proves that system is accurate and common.
