摘要
目的探讨老年人腹膜后肿瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院1990年1月～2002年12月经手术治疗的73例老年人原发性腹膜后肿瘤的临床资料。结果术前CT扫描、MRI诊断PRPT的准确率为100%。本组良性肿瘤12例,完整切除11例;恶性肿瘤61例,完整切除38例。全组合并脏器切除60例次,因复发再次手术17例。全组无手术死亡病例。结论CT、MRI是重要的辅助检查手段。只要充分做好术前准备,高龄并不是手术的禁忌证。对于术后复发者可再次手术。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumor （PRPT）in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 73 elderly patients with PRPT were analyzed retrospectively. Results The diagnostic accurate rate of CT scan and MRI for the PRPT was 100%. There were 12 cases of benign tumors and 61 cases of malignant tumors respectively. Forty-nine cases received total resection and 17 cases of recurrent PRPT underwent complete resection. In this group there was no death. Conclusion CT scan and MRI are the most important examinations for the diagnosis of PRPT. Senility is not the contraindication for operation. Re-operation can be done for recurrent PRPT.
