摘要
文章在研究弯管机工作原理和机械结构的基础上,采用PRO/E技术,设计了STAR-03W单模数控弯管机的机械结构,包括弯曲轴、弯曲臂、Y-B向组合机构、调整装置和床身设计等。为深入了解设计结构是否合理以及更准确地控制弯管机的运动过程,对弯管机进行了加工生产过程中的机械运动仿真,实践证明,该数控弯管机设计可靠,能广泛应用于汽车、空调等行业的各种管件和线材的弯曲。
The working principle of the pipe bending machine is introduced briefly. The PRO/E software is adopted to design the mechanical structure of the STAR-03W numerically controlled pipe bending machine. Discussed in detail are the calculation method of the pipe bending moment,design of the bending axis and bending arm, design of the combined mechanism along Y and B axes, design of the adjusting devices and design of the tool bed. The choice of the materials of the key parts is also discussed. In order to investigate the rationality of the designed structure of the numerically controlled pipe bending machine and control its action process more accurately, simulation of the mechanical movement of the machine is carried out. The numerically controlled pipe bending machine can be widely applied to bending various tubes and pipes in many industries, such as the automobile and airconditioner industries.
