摘要
目的 建立乌鸡白凤浓缩丸中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定方法。方法 采用薄层扫描法测定。结果 人参皂苷Rb1点样量在1．04～6．24μg线性良好，相关系数r=0．9996。平均回收率为96．9％，RSD为2．7％。结论 本法灵敏、简便、准确，可用于制剂质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of ginsenoside Rbl in Wuji Baifeng concentrated pills. Methods Thin-layer chromatography scanning was used. Results The linearity was obtained in the rangeof 1.04-6.24μg （r=0.999 6）, and the average recovery was 96.9% with RSD=2.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It may be used for the quality control of Wuji Baifeng pills.
