氟康唑注射液的无菌检查方法验证

摘要 目的建立氟康唑注射液的无菌检查方法。方法采用薄膜过滤法。结果阳性对照菌48 h内生长良好,阴性对照菌及样品无菌生长,试验组有菌生长。结论氟康唑注射液可采用薄膜过滤法进行无菌检查,方法简便可行。 Objective To establish a sterility test for fluconazole injection. Methods The membrane filtration method was employed in the study. Results In the positive control group , microorganisms grew favorably in 48 hours. The negative controls and sample groups revealed no growth of microorganisms, while the experimental group showed growth of microorganisms. Conclusion We can make use of the membrane filtration method for the sterility test for fluconazole injection, which is simple, convenient and feasible.
