摘要
对体色深浅不同的台湾红罗非鱼分组进行繁殖,其子代的体色出现分离现象;不同体色的子代,它们的生长率和繁殖率有差异;且不论亲本的体色深浅如何,均有一部分黑罗非鱼子代产生,子代中黑色个体比例的增减与亲本体表黑斑面积有关。这种分离现象表明,作为杂交种的台湾红罗非鱼其遗传因子在传代过程中发生比例上重组。黑色子代偏重于尼罗罗非鱼,表现为生长快,繁殖率低;红色子代偏重于莫桑比克罗非鱼,表现为生长慢,繁殖率高。
Taiwan Residents red tilapia of the different body colours were propagated and the colour of progeny were segregated. There were differences in growth rate and propagation rate among progeny of various colours. Full black tilapia were found in progeny, no matter what was the colour variation of brooders. The proportion of full black individuals was related with area of black blotchs in brooders. The segregation showed that genetic genes of Taiwan Residents red tilapia as a hybrid recombined during propagation. The full black tilapia in progeny resembled Nile tilapia genetically, showing faster growth rate and lower fecundity ; the full red tilapia resembled Mossambica tilapia, showing slower growth rate and higher fecundity.
