摘要
基于Pb^(2+)对Y_2O_3:Eu纳米颗粒的荧光猝灭作用,建立了运用琼脂溶液来固定Y_2O_3:Eu纳米颗粒并用于测定水中微量Pb^(2+)的荧光分析新方法.在pH=3.0的条件下,测定的荧光最大激发波长和发射波长分别为220nm和614nm,测定Pb^(2+)浓度的线性范围为4.0×10^(-6)~7.8×10^(-4)mol/L,回收率为97.0%~102.6%.该方法用于环境水中Pb^(2+)的测定,结果满意.
A new and sensitive method for determining of trace Pb^2+ was developed by using Y2O3 : Eu nanoparticles dispersed in an agar solution. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of Y2O3 :Eu nanoparticles were 220 nm and 614 nm, respectively. The method showed good linearity in the range from 4.0×10^-6~7.8×10^-4mol/L Pb^2+ with recovery of 97.0% -102.6%. The performance of this method was verified in determining Pb^2+ content showing a good potential in application.
