摘要
对人工驯养的昆明裂腹鱼(Schizothorax grahami)亲鱼进行人工授精,在显微镜下观察了胚胎发育过程中出现的畸形胚胎的形态结构,根据其形态特征划分出了8种类型,其中卵黄吸收障碍的仔鱼数量较多,围心腔肿大的仔鱼最多,而仔鱼出现卵黄膜闭锁不全和口无法闭合的几率极小。文章还探讨了畸形胚胎形成的原因,旨在为降低昆明裂腹鱼苗种培育中出现的胚胎高畸形率提供指导。
Artificially domesticated Schizothorax Erahamis were inseminated and malformed embryos occurred in the embryonic development were observed, described and classified under microscope. It was found that the number of malformed embryos with yolk malabsorption was large and the highest incidence of deformed embryos had enlarged pericardial cavities, but vitelline envelope insufficiencies were rarely found. The causes for malformed embryos then were discussed to provide a clue to the prevention of malformed embryos in artificialpropagation practices.
