摘要
本文从计价特点、招投标形式、管理体制三个方面阐述了工程量清单计价与定额计价的关系。
This paper elaborated the relations between engineering bill pricing and fixed quota pricing from three aspects： characteristic of counting price; style of bid and tender, management system.
