摘要
提出了一种利用模具来制造Halbach永磁平面阵列的方法。在研究了永磁平面阵列特点的基础上,对磁体前处理、模具设计、胶水选择、加工工艺等多个方面展开了讨论,提出了一种阵列的通用制造方法。通过实验证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。
A fabrication method of the Halbach PM planar array by dies was proposed.On the basis of the research of the characteristic of the Halbach array,the pretreatment of the PM,the dies design,the glue choice and the fabrication technology were discussed and a general fabrication method of PM planar array was proposed.Through experiments, this method was proved correct and valid.
