摘要
以MSP430F149型单片机为主控芯片,设计实现了数字化焊接电源人机交互系统。硬件电路包括键盘输入电路、LCD液晶显示电路、LED显示电路、RS-232及RS-485通信电路、实时时钟电路、外部存储器电路等。设计了简洁、直观的人机交互界面,并采用结构化编程的思想对此系统进行了软件实现。测试表明,该系统工作稳定,操作灵活、简单,实现了设计目标。
A man-machine interaction system is designed for the digital welding power source by using the MSP430F149 SCM as the controller. The hardware includes keyboard input circuit, LCD display circuit, LED display circuit, RS-232 and RS485 communication circuit, real-time clock circuit, expanded memorizer circuit, etc. A concise and audio-visual man-machine interface is designed and this system is given software realization by the structural software programming. Test shows that this system has stable and reliable working properties and high operation flexibility.
