错拐技术对内燃机内部激励力的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了对采用错拐技术的内燃机进行惯性力系平衡分析的通用方法,推导并建立了任意缸排夹角和任意错拐角条件下的V6机型惯性力系分析公式,分析得到了90°V6内燃机错拐30°后其惯性力系的平衡特性。针对某V6柴油机,对比分析了该柴油机采用错拐技术前后倾覆力矩及惯性力系的变化情况,结果表明,错拐曲轴平衡技术可有效抑制内燃机内部的激励载荷,是改善内燃机振动、噪声特性极为有效的技术措施之一。 The general methods for the balancing analysis of inertia forces in the internal combustion engine(ICE) that adopted split-pin crankshaft technology was studied in this paper. The analysis formula of V6 engine inertia forces was inferred and established in terms of any included angle between cylinder rows and any stagger angle. The balancing characteristic of inertia forces of 90°V6 internal combustion engine which has a 30° stagger angle was obtained. For a certain V6 diesel engine, the overturning moments and the inertia forces before and after adopting split-pin crankshaft technology were compared and analyzed. The results show that the split-pin crankshaft balancing technology is one of extremely effective measures to improve the vibration and the noise of the internal combustion engine because of its being able to suppress exciting loads inside the internal combustion engine effectively.
