摘要
目的探索有效的健康教育方式,促进母婴健康。方法将500例初产妇按分娩时间分为3组,1组(150例)按常规健康教育;2组(168例)按预先制定好的具体目标实施健康教育;3组(182例)在2组的基础上增加产妇及家属的参与性,及根据产妇及家属的要求增减教育内容,选择教育时间并要求家属参与进行。比较3组的健康教育效果。结果2组、3组住院期间母乳喂养成功率、健康教育知识掌握率、对护理服务的总满意率均显著高于1组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);产妇乳头皲裂、胀痛发生率低于1组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);3组在42 d纯母乳喂养率、护理服务满意率方面高于2组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论目标性健康教育是一种实用、有效的健康教育方式;而产妇与家属的参与性、个性化的健康教育更能调动产妇与家属的积极性,提高长期的纯母乳喂养率和护理服务满意率。
Objective To explore effective ways for health education and the promotion of maternal and child health. Method 500 Cases of Primiparas were selected and divided into three groups according to the time of delivery. Group 1 (150 patients) was given conventional health education; Group 2 (168 patients) was given health education on pre-formulated specific goals; Group 3 (182 patients) was educated by of method for group 2 plus increasing maternal and family participation, changing the content of education under the requirements of maternal and her family members, choosing the education time with the requirement of her family's attendance. The effects of health education were compared among the three groups. Result successful breastfeeding rate, the mastering rate of health education knowledge and the total satisfaction rate of nursing service during hospitalization period in Group 2 and Group 3 were significantly higher than that of group 1 (P〈0.01) ;maternal chapped nipple and tenderness inci- dence were less than group 1 (P〈0.05); the 42-day exclusive breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction rate in Group 3 were higher than those of group 2 (P〈0.05). Conclusion Targeted health education is a kind of practical and effective health education. The participation of maternal and her family can further excite their enthusiasm, improve exclusive breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction.
