摘要
1LB-240型铧式犁是一种新型结构的换向犁。为了使该犁能左右翻土,满足梭式作业的要求,对其犁曲面采用了近似圆柱面的对称设计。经过一段时间的田间实验后,发现该犁犁胸上的犁胫部位磨损较快,严重影响了整个摆式犁的工作效率。针对该犁的田间工作特点,首先建立其动力学方程;然后分析犁胸的受力特征,并对其进行有限元分析;最后将计算结果与该犁胸的田间实验结果进行了比较,从而证明了本方法的有效性,为犁胸的优化设计提供了一定的依据。
1LB-240 plow is a new-style mechanism plow. In order to plow from left to fight alternately in the field, the plow's surface was designed to be symmetrically columnar. Having been tested in the field for some time, the area around the plowshank, the key component of the plow, frayed too much, thus affecting the plow's working efficiency. To develop a low-cost and high performance plowbreast, advanced computer modeling and finite element structure analysis were used as virtual prototyping tools for the optimization of the plowbreast at the early design stage. According to the plow's working behaviours in the field, the objective of research carded out was to establish its dynamics model, analyze the performance of the loaded plowbreast and make an FEA on it. Generally, the results from the finite element model are found to be compatible with the experimental results, providing a basis for future designs.
