摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞的临床疗效。方法:通过对150例患者的治疗进行回顾分析,患者均行宫腹腔镜下输卵管复通整形术,观察组术后配合中药维畅汤保留灌肠。结果:输卵管复通率观察组为81.63%,对照组为58.41%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2年内妊娠率:观察组为76.47%,对照组为59.32%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腹腔镜下输卵管复通整形术后联合中药维畅汤灌肠能改善盆腔血循环,提高输卵管通畅率和妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of tra- ditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for fallopian tube obstruction.Meth- ods:A retrospective study was carried out in 150 patients with fallopian tube obstruc- tion.Both of the control group and the treatment group received fallopian tube repas- sage under hysteroscope and laparoscope,and the treatment group received retention- enema with herbal medicine of Weichang Decoction(维畅汤)additionally.The thera- peutic effect of was observed after treatment.Results:Falopian tube repassage rate was 81.63% in the treatment and 58.41% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).The pregnancy rate with 2 years was 76.47% in the treatment group and 59.32% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Fallopian tube repessage under hysteroscope and laparoscope combined with retention-enema with Weichang Decoction can improve the pelvic blood circula- tion,increase falopian tube repessage rate and pregnancy rate.
