摘要
蛋白质在动物消化道内经过各种消化酶的作用,降解成为游离氨基酸和肽。自20世纪60年代起人们逐渐认识到除了游离氨基酸,小肽也能够被动物直接吸收利用。除了对动物的营养作用外,某些有生理活性的肽直接被动物吸收利用后,还具有阿片肽活性、免疫调节、抗高血压、抗凝血、促进DNA合成等作用。文章综述了小肽的营养与生理作用机制及其在现代养殖业中的应用研究进展。
Dietary proteins ingested are digested and degraded into free amino acids and peptides in the gastrointestinal tracts of animals.It has since 1960s been recognized that in addition to amino acids the oligopeptides can be directly absorbed by animals.Peptides may increase the absorption of amino acids and mineral elements,contribute to the deposition of nitroigen and improve the productivity of animals.Furthermore they have many other physiological functions.This review focused on the mechanism of peptides,their nutritional and physiological functions,and application in modern stockbreeding.
