摘要
为了在“水华”发生过程中,找到一些合理的预报参数,给河湖管理提供科学依据。在实验室做了藻类的培养试验。通过计算可以知道,pH比溶解氧(DO)与叶绿素有更好的相关性,更适合做为藻类生长情况的预报参数;溶解氧之差(△DO)与藻类的生长情况负相关性比pH之差(△pH)与藻类生长的负相关性要好;得到了在总氮0.62mg/L,总磷0.37mg/L、光强为132201x、水温为28.5℃,气压为1.016×10^5Pa的条件下的光合作用产氧速率函数;在水温为26.5~28.6℃的条件下藻类的耗氧速率为0.0176mg/(μg·h)。
Algal culture experiment was conducted in the laboratory to find some reasonable parameters in algal booms process.It was found that pH was better than DO to predict the trend of algal growth as a parameter.The negative correlation between DO and chlorophyll was better than that between pH and chlorophyll.Velocity function of photosynthesis of algal was 0.4747mg(μg.h)at the condition of total nitrogen of 0.62mg/L,total phosphorus of 0.37mg/L,temperature of water 28.5℃,intensity of illumination 132201_x and air pressure of 1.016×10~5 Pa.The velocity of DO consuming was 0.0176mg(μg.h) around temperature of 26.5~28.6℃.
