摘要
稻瘟病田间自然诱发病圃法是目前自然接种类应用最广的方法,成本低、操作简便。病圃应设置在不同水稻生态区域的稻瘟病常发、重发区,并插植合适的感病诱发品种群。广东3个病圃设置合理、小种多样性、代表性好,年度间鉴定结果稳定可靠。2004~2006年对145个广东省区试品种在病圃进行的抗性鉴定,结果表明参试品种在米质、产量提高的同时稻瘟病抗性水平均有所提高。说明将病圃作为抗性筛选基地对亲本或低分离世代进行抗瘟筛选有益于降低抗病育种的盲目性和年限。
Resistance evaluation of rice varieties by natural rice blast nursery (NRBN) is the most generally used inoculation method of easier operat/on, bigger capacity and reliable identification results. NRBN should be established in the ecological region that rice blast occurred commonly and seriously. The induction materials should be mixed of early, middle and late varieties. 145 rice cultivated materials were tested in Conghua NRBN, Longchuan NRBN and Yangjiang NRBN of Guangdong. It is available to select ideal breeding materials using blast resistance parents. NRBN method is an effective and prior way to get fine quality and highly resistant germplasm. Some topics on rice blast resistance breeding were also discussed.
