摘要
以氯化铝与氨水为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备陶瓷膜溶胶,在微滤α-Al2O3支撑体上制备了γ-Al2O3超滤膜.考察了聚乙烯醇(PVA)对膜性能的影响.通过扫描电镜、气体和液体渗透和截留分子量等实验方法,对所制备的不对称超滤膜进行了表征.实验结果表明:用该法制备的氧化铝超滤膜,表面无裂纹和针孔等缺陷产生,孔径分布窄,平均孔径为8 nm左右,气体和液体渗透性稳定,对分子量约为6000的PEG截留率为90%.
Boehmite sols are prepared by sol- gel method with AlCl3 and NH3·H2O as raw materials. Alumina uhrafihration membrane on a Al2O3 support has been prepared from boehmite sol. The effects of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) on the property of the membranes were investigated. The asymmetic ultrafiltration membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, water and nitrogen pemmability, and also by molecular retention. The results show that alumina uhrafiltration membrane without pinhole or crack- free was prepared by a sol -gel process with PVA additive, the pore size distribution is narrow, average pore diameter is about 8 nm, water and nitrogen permeability are stable, and the MWCO of the membrane is about 6 000.
