摘要
目的:研究针刺穴位对胃肠运动的调控作用,探讨其与胃动素、胆囊收缩素之间的关系。方法:兔20只,进行胃及近端空肠浆膜下包埋电极,观察针刺足三里穴以及非穴位点对胃肠道平滑肌电活动的影响,并比较针刺前后外周血中胃动素、胆囊收缩素浓度的变化。结果:(1)电针足三里穴后胃及近端空肠电活动的慢波频率无明显变化,快波出现率增高,发放持续时间延长,波幅增加。非穴位组胃肠道平滑肌电活动针刺前后无明显变化。(2)针刺足三里穴前后外周血胃动素浓度为50.48±22.74 pg·ml^(-1)vs 68.51±21.63 pg·ml^(-1)(P<0.01),胆囊收缩素浓度为37.88±23.87 ng·ml^(-1)vs 44.67±25.75 ng·ml^(-1)(P<0.05)。针刺非穴位点前后外周血胃动素浓度为53.56±21.62 pg·ml^(-1)vs 52.10±21.80pg·ml^(-1)(P>0.05),胆囊收缩素浓度为33.89±20.43 ng·ml^(-1)vs 37.88±24.01 ng·ml^(-1)(P>0.05)。结论:电针足三里穴对胃肠道平滑肌电活动的慢波电位影响较小,对快波的影响则较大,主要表现为兴奋作用。电针穴位可促进胃动素、胆囊收缩素的释放。胃动素、胆囊收缩素可能参与了针刺穴位对消化道运动的调节。
Objective:To investigate the regulative effect of acupuncture on gastrointestinal motility and to study the relationship between acupuncture effect and motilin and eholecystokinin. Methods:20 rabbits were selected. Myoelectric activity of the upper gastrointestinal tract was recorded using chronically implanted electrodes in conscious rabbits. Then all these rabbits received acupuncture at "Zusanli" and non acupuncture point. Before acupuncture and after acupuncture for 1 hour, 5ml blood was collected to detect motilin and cholecystokinin. Results (1)The slow wave frequency of stomach and proximal jejunum did not change as electrical acupuncture was started. After electrical acupuncture at "Zusanli" the numbers and the amplitude of spike potential of stomach and proximal jejunum were increased, while this phenomenon could hardly be observed as acupuncture at non acupuncture point. (2) In "Zusanli" group, the concentration of motilin and cholecystokinin was significantly higher in post-acupuncture than pre-acupuncture,(68.51 ± 21.63pg·ml^-1 vs 50.48 ± 22.74 pg·ml^-1 ] (P〈0.01)and 44.67 ± 25.75 ng·ml^-1] vs37.88±23.87 ng·ml^-1] (P〈0. 05) ,respectively. ) In non acupuncture point group, the concentration of motilin and cholecystokinin had no difference between pre acupuncture and post acupuncture. (52. 10 ± 21.80 pg·ml^-1] vs 53.56 ± 21. 62 pg·ml^-1(p〉0.05)and 37.88±24.01 ng·ml^-1] vs 33.89±20.43ng·ml^-1](P〉0.05),respitively. Conclusion:Acupuncture at "Zusanli" had little effect on the slow wave of gastrointestinal tract. But it had positive effect on spike potential of gastrointestinal tract. It contributed the release of motilin and cholecystokinin. Motilin and cholecystokinin may play a role in the regulative effect of electrical acupuncture.
