摘要
武汉市城市规划管理局在C2PA城市规划信息化建设总体框架的基础上,建立了数据管理中心、协同办公平台、"数字武汉"地理空间信息平台、规划国土公众信息服务平台,构建了信息化规划编制体系、信息化城市勘测生产体系、信息化技术支撑体系、信息化管理工作体系。作为城市规划信息化的基础工程和核心内容之一的地理空间信息平台不仅为城市规划管理提供地理空间信息技术支撑,还为国土资源管理、城市建设、城市交通、电子政务、城市网格化管理提供地理空间信息网络在线服务。
Based on urban planning information digitalization framework,Wuhan established digital management center,coordinative working platform,＂digital Wuhan＂ geospatial information platform,land use planning information platform,plan-making system,city survey system,supporting technology system,and management system. As the basis as well as the key issue of urban planning information digitalization,geospatial information platform not only provides technical support for urban planning but also provides online service for land resource management,urban construction,urban transportation,digital administration,and grid-pattern city management.
