摘要
目的探讨适合台州市实际情况的社区护理人才培养模式。方法以随机整群抽样的方法对社区居民和社区护士问卷调查。结果社区居民对社区护理的需求高,而社区护士的现状是数量少、学历结构低、专业知识不足和培训不够。结论社区护理的供需矛盾对社区护士提出了数量和专业知识的要求,应重视社区护理教育;开设社区护理专业,加强岗位培训;建立社区护理实践基地;争取政策支持;培训师资。
Objective To explore the cultivating model of the community nursing talents which were suitable for the actual condition of Taizhou city. Methods Random cluster sampling design was used to select the samples. Residents and community nurses were investigated by means of the questionnaire survey. Results The residents’ need for community nursing was high. But the present status of community nurses were poor quantity, low educational background structure, insufficient professional knowledge and inadequate training. Conclusions The inconsistency of need and supply in community nursing imposes urgent demand of increasing the quantity and improving the professional knowledge of the nurses in community. We should pay attention to the education of community nursing, develop the major of community nursing, strengthen the post training, set up the community nursing practice base, strive for the support of the policy and train the teachers.
