摘要
目的 观察奥施康定片对中、重度癌痛患者的止痛效果及不良反应。方法 106例中、重度癌痛患者口服奥施康定片,记录治疗前后的疼痛强度、生活质量评分及不良反应。结果 CR＋PR 102例,MR 3例,NR 1例。不良反应有便秘、恶心呕吐、嗜睡、头晕乏力等,发生率低。结论 奥施康定片能有效控制癌性疼痛,改善生活质量,且不良反应轻微,发生率低。
Objective To observe analgesic effect and adverse effect of Oxycontin in management of the moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods One hundred and six cases with moderate and severe cancer pain were treated with Oxycontin tablets. Evaluated outcomes included analgesic effect, scales of the functional assessment of quality of life and side effects. Results CR＋PR102 cases（96.22 %）, MR 3 cases（2.84%）, NR 1cases （0. 94%）. Main side effects including constipation, nausea, v omit, dizzy showed lower. Conclusions Oxycontin could effectively control cancer pain, improve the functional assessment of quality of life and has comparatively slight adverse effects.
