腺苷负荷试验核素心肌灌注显像检查的护理配合 被引量：3

摘要 腺苷负荷试验核素心肌灌注显像检查，是在患者静脉注射腺苷及放射性核素显像剂^99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异晴（MI—BI）后，心肌处于负荷状态时进行单光子发射型计算机断层照相机（Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography,SPECT）扫描，能准确评估心肌血流灌注及储备情况，为冠心病的诊断、危险度的分层及其对预后的评价提供了可靠的依据。2004年11月-2005年11月我科应用德国Siemens E．CAM^＋SPECT为5例患者进行哔项检查，护理体会总结如下。
