摘要
在次氯酸有最大吸收峰的292nm 波长下,以紫外分光光度法测定次氯酸钠溶液中有效氯含量。与碘量法相比,对有效氯含量<10.1μg/ml 的稀释液,平均值相差为0.00%~4.44%。
The available chlorine content of sodium hypochlorite solution was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 292 nm wavelength,the maximum absorption wavelength of hypochlorous acid.In comparing with iodometry,the average available chlorine content of 7.6~10.1μg/ml diluted solution measured by these two methods showed a difference of 0.00%~4.44%.
