摘要
目的了解消化性溃疡患者的治疗依从性及其影响因素。方法采用随机抽样的方法调查了298例消化性溃疡患者。调查内容包括患者的治疗依从性、消化性溃疡知识水平、健康信念和社会支持。并对所得资料进行统计分析。结果消化性溃疡患者的治疗依从性得分为（35．32±6．95）分。其中药物治疗依从得分最高，定期复查依从得分最低，影响患者治疗依从性的因素分别为消化性溃疡知识水平、健康信念及社会支持，其中影响最大的因素为健康信念。结论患者的治疗依从性影响着消化性溃疡患者的治疗效果。为减少消化性溃疡患者复发和并发症的发生，护士应关注患者的治疗依从性，以及心理、社会因素对依从性的影响，使护理干预措施更加系统化。
Objective To understand the therapeutic compliance of peptic ulcer patients and to figure out its influential factors. Methods Two hundred and ninety eight peptic ulcer patients were investigated with random sampling. The information includes therapeutic compliance, knowledge of peptic ulcer, health belief and social support. The datum were analyzed with Statistical package for Social Science （SPSS） . Results The mean scores of peptic ulcer patients＇ compliance were （35.32±6. 95）. Scores of medical treatment compliance showed the highest, while regular physical check showed the lowest. The factors that influence compliance respectively were knowledge of peptic ulcer, health belief and social support, among which health belief played the most important part. Conclusions Patients＇ compliance greatly affects the treatment of peptic ulcer. In order to reduce the ratio of relapse and complication effectively, nurses should pay much attention to patients＇ compliance, including the psychological, social factors, so as to achieve systematization of nursing intervention.
