摘要
该文研究泡沫型多孔介质中的流动特性,提出了一种正立方几何框架模型和相应的数理模型。模型中既考虑了固体介质表面摩擦阻力的作用,也考虑了介质网丝形状阻力引起的惯性效应,得到适用于泡沫型多孔介质的非达西流关系式及主要系数的计算式。直接由结构参数即可求得泡沫材料的渗透率k及非线性F—W流动关系式中二次项系数F,其计算结果与实测值有较好的一致性。在这类多孔介质的应用中对流动特性的理论预测具有工程实用价值。
In study of the flow through porous foam media,the geometrical model with the regular cube frame structure,and the relevant theoretical model,which accounts for the inertial effects caused by the matrix form drag as well as the effects coming from surface friction drag,are proposed to formulate a relation of non Darcy flow for porous foam media,including calculation of its coefficients. The permeability of foam media and the coefficient of square term in the nonlinear Forchheimer Ward expression can be directly predicted by the structure parameters. The prediction of flow feature has so better agreement with the experimental results having practical value for application of the foam materials.
