摘要
在焊接自动化控制中,视觉传感技术由于其非接触、反应速度快、抗干扰能力强而广受关注。本文结合主动光视觉技术和被动光视觉技术的优点,开发了环形扫描激光视觉传感器的光学系统。针对给出的环形扫描激光视觉传感器的光学系统设计特点和技术要求,玻璃材料选取肖特厂牌号为N-BAK4和N-SF10,采用简单的凹凸双透镜的结构完成光学系统的设计。设计评价结果表明,该系统的光学性能和成像质量均满足设计指标要求。
During the automated welding process, the vision sensing technology is increasingly getting attention due to its char acters of non-contact, quick response and strong anti-interference ability. In this paper, combining the advantages of active light vision technology and passive light vision technology, an optical system of circular scanning laser vision sensor was developed. The glass Schott N-BAK4 and N-SF10 were selected as optical lens based on the design characteristics and technical spec ification of circular scanning laser vision sensor. The design of the optical system with a concavo-convex doublet lens structure has been implemented. The assessment results of design indicated that the optical performance and image quality of the system can meet the design specification.
