妊娠期糖尿病妇女产后2型糖尿病发生及预防的研究进展 被引量：10

Research advances of the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in women with previous gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 随着糖尿病（diabetes mellitus,DM）发病率及相关病死率在全球范围内的不断上升,严重威胁人类健康,DM预防已成为世界各国共同关注的健康问题.同时,文献显示妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM）妇女是2型DM的高危人群,她们产后患糖尿病的风险较高.因而,增强对GDM妇女分娩后DM发生情况的认识,明确发病机制,以及参与发病的相关因素,并采取适当的措施进行早期干预,对减少或延缓GDM妇女发生2型DM有重要意义.本文对相关文献进行回顾与归纳如下.
