摘要
公众技术观及教育技术观对现代科技和教育技术的发展具有特殊意义,但是通过文献研究我们发现国内外鲜有与此相关的研究。本研究通过调查发现绝大多数人认为技术是一种解决问题的方法与手段;公众对技术的态度总体上是积极、乐观的。就公众教育技术观而言,更多的人把教育技术看作一种优化教学和促进教育的手段与方法。最后在对调查结果分析讨论的基础上,作者认为教育技术应从公众舆论中汲取养分以把握今后的发展方向。
Public opinions on technology and educational technology have special implications to the development of modem technology and educational technology. But we found that there was rarely research related to this subject through reviewing the previous studies. This study was conducted to reveal public opinion on technology and educational technology through survey method and found that most people thought technology Was a way of solving problems, and the public took a positive attitude to technology, even they think technology has two sides like a coin. And educational technology is considered as a method optimizing instruction and facilitating education. Finally, the author suggested educational technology should develop in a right direction based on the analysis and discussions of public opinions on the subject.
