超临界流体提取当归油及其包合工艺研究 被引量:4

Studies on Preparation Technology of Supercritical Fluid Extracting andβ-cyclodextrin Inclusion Compound for Angelica Oil

摘要 采用正交试验法,以萃取率为指标,对当归超临界二氧化碳(SFE-CO_2)提取物的提取工艺进行优选;以包结率为指标,对研磨法制备当归油β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物工艺参数进行优选。结果表明:当归油超临界二氧化碳提取工艺的最佳条件为萃取温度45℃,萃取压力15MPa,解析温度50℃,解析压力8MPa;β-CD包合当归油的最佳工艺为β-CD与当归油质量比14:1,2倍量水,研磨时间1h。在此条件下2项工艺均合理,稳定可行。 Conditions of extracting procedure for angelica oil by SFE-CO2 (CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction ) was optimized with the extraction rate as markers by orthogonal design. The grinding method producing SFE-Angelica Sinensis-β-CD(β-cyclodextrin) by determining the ultilization ratio of volatile oil was optimized. Results showed the optimum extraction is as follows: extraction temperature at 45 ℃, extraction pressure at 15 MPa, analysis temperature at 50℃, analysis pressure at 8MPa. The best technique of β-CD inclusion process is β-CD with an oil quality ratio of 14: 1, 2 times of volume water and 1 hour of grinding time. The optimum extraction and optimum inclusion are reasonable, fundamentally steady, and feasible.
