摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定葛根宝软胶囊中葛根素和大豆苷元的含量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长250 nm;柱温为40℃。结果:葛根素在0.21～1.40μg、大豆苷元在0.03～0.20μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为100.7%和99.6%,RSD分别为0.8%和1.6%。结论:本法简便、准确,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Objective： To determine the contents of puerarin and daidzein in Gegenbao Soft Capsule by HPLC. Methods： A Kromasil Cls column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detective wavelength was 250 nm.Results：Puerarin and daidzein had good linearities in the range of 0.21~1.40 μg and 0.03~0.20 μg,respectively. The average recovery of puerarin was 100.7% with RSD of 0.8%,and that of daidzein was 99.6% with RSD of 1.6%.Conclusion：This method is simple,accurate and reliable for quality control of Gegenbao Soft Capsule.
